Spacious Waterfront Villa in the heart of Jolly Harbour

Villa Pasal is very conveniently located within the Jolly Harbour private marina community and easy walking distance of all it's facilities and both South and North Beaches. The open plan 'Grand Room' (large living and dining areas for up to 6 adults plus 2 children) has a Smart TV (for Netflix etc), DVD, music player and private WiFi for internet access with unlimited use. This leads directly to the covered Veranda and split level deck areas (with gas BBQ/Grill, al fresco dining and sun loungers for 8 guests) extending over the water to enjoy the sun and views of the Sleeping Indian Mountain. There is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast 'island' bar and equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer/ice-maker, cooker with oven and hob, blender, microwave, toaster etc and a utility closet with washing machine, iron and board etc. The master bedroom/bathroom suite (large shower, bath tub and twin vanity basins) and bedroom 2 both open onto the Veranda. Bedroom 3 also has it's own bathroom en-suite. There is also a fourth twin bedroom which shares an additional family bathroom (large shower) with Bedroom 2. There are ceiling fans throughout the Villa and all windows/doors have mosquito screens. Air conditioning. There are small garden areas, a private driveway and parking immediately in front of the Villa.

We were there as a family to meet up with two family members who had completed sailing round the world. The Villa was a delight - spacious, clean, well equipped and incredibly convenient. We had the use of the buggy, which was a great help, though we had hired a mini-bus for part of the holiday. The owner was extremely helpful and speedy with information and replies.

There is nothing we don't love about this property and it's amazing hosts. The location is perfect, the amenities of the the gated community are fantastic, and the beaches unbeatable. We cannot wait to book our next stay. (Only reason communication with property manager was given 4 stars is my phone wouldn't let me select 5, all communication was quick and kind).

We had a wonderful stay in the Villa and loved our time at Jolly Harbour. We made wonderful memories out on the deck, using the fabulous grill and spending time relaxing as a family. What an amazing property! We have been going to Jolly Harbour for many years and this year introduced our special place to family. The house was perfect for our group of 8 which included 4 young adults. The house had everything that was needed to cater for 8. The outside seating area was pretty much all we used, aside for a post beach gathering around the island for an Antiguan Mule! The house was perfect and had everything you’d need to make you JH stay even better. A short drive to all amenities and both North and South beaches. Communication with the owner was superb and the agent knock on after a couple of days to ensure everything was to our liking.We’d definitely stay again! Thank you for your amazing hospitality. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat and cannot wait to stay again.

Great layout and size for five ladies between 18 and 73. Host was great, location slightly too far to walk in the heat to the beaches or supermarket but great if you can rent a buggy!

This Villa in Jolly Harbour was amazing with plenty of room, a great view, extremely clean and welcoming. The Jolly Harbour area provided a variety of restaurants and beaches to enjoy. All of the amenities you need are provided at the villa plus the supermarket is just down the road.

Great villa & well located

The villa is very spacious & high quality, with a huge veranda and water-side decking. The easy walk to the main restaurant area takes about 15 mins, or you can rent the owner’s golf cart. The owner sent loads of info in advance and was happy to answer additional questions to help us prepare for the trip.

Great location and space. Found it a little warm in the villa, but a fantastic back patio to relax on and keep cool. A few problems that most were fixed by the property manager within a short amount of time.

What a beautiful villa. It's large, well stocked and has everything you need, the bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The dishwasher and ice maker was an added bonus! So was the hot tub. Holiday of a Lifetime

We are a large family who’ve enjoyed the best Christmas ever at Villa Pasal. Such a magnificent property with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Spacious and airy, the Villa was ideal for us all and everyone loved it! We loved the decks and the cool tub, such a relief from the glorious Caribbean sunshine and perfect for a cooling dip or a sunset jacuzzi ☀️ The property is so well stocked with everything you could possibly want for a beach life holiday but also so well furnished and really comfortable to relax in and enjoy as a home from home at the same time. Paul was the most amazing host and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough for a magical family holiday in Antigua ☀️

This villa is stunning and superb value

All in our group wanted me to highlight that the pictures do not do this villa justice. It is fabulous. More than you could need. It is superb value and the host is great. We intend to go back at least once next year and we are already missing watching the sun go down while sitting on the deck. If you can only ever have one more holiday in life, ring Paul and book this villa , you will not be disappointed.

Perfect get-a-away, Perfect hosts

Perfect all around. Paul was the best host ever. He is responsive and made sure everything was well set up for our stay. His information packet was so thorough and answered every question we might have had. And the Villa is marvelous - spacious, comfortable, clean. Jolly Harbor is also an ideal spot to stay, with all the amenities we could ever want in close distance (walkable). Can't say enough about this place. We've stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years and this was honestly the best experience we've ever had. Thank you Paul! We'd definitely stay again!

Beautiful villa

The villa is very beautiful and spacious. The deck and view is perfect to wake up to. The villa is very well equipped and you feel right at home. We had a lovely welcome gift and really appreciate all the wonderful communication with the owner. We loved the villa. The only downside for us was the fact that only the bedrooms had AC. We live in Florida and are used to 12 month AC in all the rooms. It was very hard for us not to have AC in the main house.

Our third stay in this wonderful villa

This is the third time we have stayed in this beautiful villa. Paul is an excellent host, very responsive and keen to answer questions and provide as much info as possible. On this occasion we were in Antigua to get married and wanted a large villa for ourselves and my in laws. It was the perfect space to host dinner for extended family also staying in Jolly Harbour, as there are two dining areas inside and on the deck outside. I can’t recommend the villa enough. We had a few issues with a leaky tap and water issues in the Jolly Harbour area (the latter was a Jolly Harbour wide issue, not specific to the villa) and Roxann at HBK, who manages the villa, was quick to send someone round to sort out the problem. Once again, a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Memories to last a lifetime

We had an amazing time here for our family holiday made up of 2 adults and 4 teenages. The layout of the house suited us perfectly and had everything and more provided. The welcome hamper was also a lovely surprise and much enjoyed. The location in jolly harbour is superb easy enough for a nice stroll into the commerical centre or havjng the use of the golf buggys with shopping or beach much appreciated. Its really a 5star property and there is not one negative thjng i could mention. Paul is an excellent host who communicated brilliantly and made sure we had all the information we needed prior to checkin to make it as smooth as possible. We all cqnt wait to return to Jolly and we would certainly rent this property again 😀

Jolly Harbour is our second home! We fly out as often as possible to enjoy the fantastic Antigua climate. The Villa was designed and built to our specification some 10 or so years ago to enjoy with family and friends but we are delighted to share it with guests.
