Parties: A charge of up to £500 may be applied if an unauthorised party is held at the property.
Excess Guests: If the number of guests exceeds the amount stated in the booking details, an additional charge of £100 per unreported guest will apply.
Smoking: A charge of up to £300 may be imposed for smoking within the property.
