Welcome to this charming, sun-soaked studio apartment located on the 1st floor of the renowned Diana Building, offering stunning panoramic sea views. Whether you’re lounging on the terrace or waking up to the serene coastal beauty, this holiday home is your perfect Marbella retreat.
Nestled above the picturesque Paseo Marítimo, the iconic maritime promenade, the Diana Building boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of Marbella. During your stay, you can enjoy the convenience of lift access, and a well-appointed studio with a queen bed and twin bed, both offering direct access to the private terrace with breathtaking sea views. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, and coffee maker. The apartment also includes a separate bathroom with a stylish shower for your relaxation and convenience.

🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.
🚗 The property has NO PARKING included. There are 2 public parkings in the area that you are welcome to book on line, called Parking Arias Maldonado and Parking El Molino (external company). Once you book the apartment, you will receive the parking link written in the automated message.
