Lovely villa for skiers and nature lovers @ Ylläs

Welcome to enjoy and relax in our lovely villa near the Ylläsjärvi ski resort! The large windows bring the beauty of the nature right into the living space.

The location is great for activities: 200 m to the trails, 350 m to the ski-bus, 800 m to the ski lift.

The villa has modern facilities for 8-9 people: 3 bedrooms, living room, spacious glass porch, 2 bathrooms and sauna. There is also a remote workstation and a carport.

The modern 109 m² house offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday and is great for 1-2 families. We want to share our beautiful home with others when we’re not using it, so you can enjoy the same comfort and stunning views. However, please observe that this is our beloved second home and we do not allow parties or events in the house.

From the warm glass veranda, you can admire the view of Ylläs fell, while the living room and sauna offer a peaceful forest view.

You can choose if you want to take care of bedlinen sets and towels yourselves, or to book as an additional service (bedlinen sets including towels 25 e/person).

*Bedroom 1 (10 m²): 160 cm wide double bed, view to fell.

*Bedroom 2 (9 m²): 2x80 cm stackable beds with high quality foam mattresses and 1x80 cm single bed.

*Bedroom 3 (10 m²): Private location to the right of the glass veranda, connected to the separate sauna wing, with 2x80 cm beds and a 140 cm loft bed (the loft bed is high and not suitable for small children or guests who have difficulties with climbing ladders). Includes a remote workstation, an air heat pump, a separate fridge, and water/coffee making facilities in the adjoining dressing room e.g. for breakfast.

*Living room/kitchen (38 m²): Large windows with a stunning view of the forest, offering a feeling of privacy with no neighbouring houses close by. Fully equipped kitchen, Finnish design tableware (Iittala Taika), large sofa set (3 m wide divan sofa and 2 m wide sofa), dining table for 10 people, air heat pump.

*Warm glass porch (17 m²): Magnificent view to the fell and the backyard, door to the private terrace, large sliding door wardrobe and storage bench, small sofa corner for relaxing and playing.

*WC/shower room (5 m²): Connected to the living room, washing machine, dryer, toilet and shower, view to fell.

*Bathroom + dressing room (5 + 6 m²): Two showers, toilet, drying cabinet, and the fridge and water/coffee making facilities from bedroom 3.

*Sauna (4,5 m²): Atmospheric sauna with beautiful forest landscape.

*Carport: Protects one car from snow and ice, another car can be parked on the side of the carport.

*Storage room (10 m²): Connected to the carport, possibility for ski maintenance, infrared heater - otherwise no heating. We have some sleds, which you are welcome to borrow.

*Laavu: A Finnish outdoor fireplace, in the backyard with fell view, in connection with the private terrace.

*Hot tub: We have a wood-heated hot tub in the backyard. The hot tub can be rented by arrangement from the end of April to October. The fee is €150 one heating and filling and €200 two times. You have to fill, heat and clean the hot tub yourself.

*Small wood stove in the front yard: We provide 1 basket of wood for short stays and 1-2 baskets for longer stays. You’re also welcome to borrow our kicksled.

*Child equipment: Cot, high chair, toys etc.
