The residence is situated in a green area, easily reachable by 2 pedestrian ways, completely fenced, only 100 meters from the beach, from the thermal centre "Bibione Thermae" and from the centre of Bibione (pedestrian zone during the summer evenings to enjoy also the nightlife).

The complex is composed of 2 floors for parking / garage (height of the entrance garage 210 cm) and 6 floors of apartments, reached by 3 stairways and 7 lifts. The roof is accessible: there are 2 spacious furnished solariums and 3 swimming-pools (for adults and children).

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

Bibione is a beach town with 12 km of golden sandy beaches. Ideal for families or groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
