Access is through a large door that leads to the entrance hall of the building, from which you pass through an elegant wrought iron gate to reach a picturesque internal courtyard. Here, an ancient well and a lush garden create a magical atmosphere, perfect for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. This 60 m2 accommodation is the result of a skillful restoration of an area once dedicated to the socializing and relaxation of residents and travelers, brought back to life to offer you comfort and serenity. The house consists of a living area with a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an elegant chestnut table and a peninsula obtained from the restoration of an old carpenter's bench. A cozy living room, equipped with a 1 and a half square sofa bed, opens directly onto the courtyard via a French window, allowing you to enjoy the coolness under the porch. The sleeping area instead consists of an electric foldaway double bed, refined and functional, which is integrated into a space also dedicated to relaxation.
