Golf Beach Self-catering Apartment is situated in Strand and offers quality accommodation for a family or group of friends. It is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, the beach, activities and attractions.
The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The unit is located on the second floor with access by stairs only. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds and the second bathroom has a bath, toilet, and basin.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. It also features a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for longer stays.
The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a Smart TV with Netflix, DStv and other streaming capabilities, and a dining area with seating for 8 where guests can enjoy their meals together. Guests can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access. The accommodation does not offer DStv.
There are lovely braai facilities available for guests’ use during their stay.
Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises.
The unit is situated on the Eastern side of the estate, and 250 meters walk to the beachfront and 100 meters from the complex communal swimming pool.
Greenways Golf Estate is a 45-minute drive from Cape Town CBD and 25 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. There are various wineries situated in the area and it's only a 20-minute drive to Stellenbosch and well know wine farms.
Greenways Estate has a secured Lifestyle, which includes 24-hour security and surveillance staff. Each complex also has secure visitors parking.
