Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for to enjoy.
This spacious four bedroom has 2 double rooms, a small double bed room, and a room with two single bunk beds.
The spacious open plan kitchen diner is fully equipped, a great space for the whole family to enjoy home cooked meals after a day of enjoying the city - the real heart of the home.
The property has a bathroom on the first floor, and an en suite in the master room in the loft. Additional garden and driveway.

First Floor
Bedrooms: This floor features three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Contains a small double ottoman bed with storage, a full mirrored wardrobe, and a working desk ideal for working from home.
Bedroom 2: Equipped with a bunk bed comprising two single beds and a delightful selection of children's toys and books.
Bedroom 3: Although the smallest, it comfortably houses a double bed and storage space.
Living Area: A cozy space with a ceiling fan and plush carpet, perfect for unwinding.
Bathroom: Well-designed, featuring a rainfall and hand shower, an LED mirror with radio and Bluetooth, providing a modern touch.
Kitchen/Dining Area: The heart of the home, fully functional with all amenities included. The dining table comfortably seats all guests, making it an ideal spot for family meals.
Top Floor
Master Bedroom: This beautifully lit and spacious room features: An ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath equipped with 21 jets and a chromotherapy bath light and a walk-in wardrobe offering ample storage space.
Outdoor Space
The back garden is perfect for summer days, with both a paved and grassed area. It includes a 6-11 seater table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. Additionally, there is parking available for one car on the driveway.
Guest access
The building is split into 2 different units. The accommodation is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the property. Both dwellings share the same front entrance door.

If Check In or Check Out is required out of office hours the guest will be liable to incur the following charges:
Monday - Thursday: Before 9am and after 5.30pm - £50.00 per hour
Friday: Before 9am and after 4.30pm - £50.00 per hour
Saturday: Before 9am after 3.00pm - £50.00 per hour
Sunday: £35 between 10.00am and 4.00pm – before 10.00am and after 4.00pm an extra £30 per hour
Bank Holiday: £65 between 10.00am - 4.00pm – before 10.00am and after 4.00pm an extra £30 per hour
Check In and Check Out between 19th December and 2nd January, will incur a £35 fee, between 10.00am - 4.00pm, and before 10.00am and after 4.00pm an extra £30 per hour.
Check In and Check Out on December 24th / 25th / 26th / 31st and January 1st, will incur a £65 fee, between 10.00am - 4.00pm and before 10.00am and after 4.00pm an extra £30 per hour.
Please note there will be a minimum charge of £35.00 if the check in/check out is less than one hour.
An extra charge of £35 will be payable for any aborted appointments.
