Apartment on the upper floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed, couch with sleeping function in the living area, bathroom with shower, pets allowed on request, up to 5 people, parking space at the house

The location close to the center makes it possible to reach everything your heart desires within a short distance. Whether it's a day at the beach without the hassle of searching for a parking space, a trip to the Karls adventure village or a culinary treat in one of the numerous restaurants.

Apartments 1, 2, 5, 8 and 9 have a free parking space on site. The parking spaces for apartments 3, 4, 6 and 7 are approx. 170 meters away. There is also a lockable room for storing and charging bicycles (for a fee).

Dogs are welcome in our apartments - an additional final cleaning fee per stay will be charged. All guests will receive relevant documents from the owner after booking.

Our four-legged guests are provided with a food bowl mat and a dog bed from Hunter (80x60). We also have a doggy bag. This includes a small snack bag, two paw wipes and two poop bags. Our guests can decide for themselves whether they would like to book bed linen and towels or bring their own. Additional bookings are made at an additional cost.

Apartments 8 and 9 in the attic each have 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The linen packages are included in these two apartments.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Eine wundervolle Auszeit mit dem Hund

Wir waren jetzt das vierte Mal in der Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man kann sowohl fußläufig als auch mit dem Auto wunderschöne Flecke auf der Insel erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Genüge vorhanden. Auch mit einem Hund ist es eine Reise hierhin wert, da somit auch der Vierbeiner mal ein anderes Terrain erkunden kann. Spätestens bis zum nächsten Jahr und danke nochmals an die freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin :)

Wunderschöner 3 Personen Kurzurlaub mit Hund

Sind jetzt schon zum dritten Mal in der Villa Boberg gewesen und werden aller Voraussicht auch wieder kommen. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral zwischen Erholung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nette Restaurants und ein guter Bäcker sind allesamt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Was uns wieder mal aufgefallen ist, der klare Sternenhimmel im Gegensatz zur Großstadt. Werden in diesem Jahr wohl nochmal wiederkommen!
