Positioned on top of the cliff, a 1-minute walk from the beach and the centre of Vila do Carvoeiro. With unique surroundings, our house combines a quiet, elevated, sunny location with privileged views and proximity on foot to the best restaurants and services available in Carvoeiro. The house consists of 3 floors for the exclusive use of guests, including a large terrace, all accessible via interior stairs, equipped with strong handrails.
The prior availability of all the information, as well as more than 80 photographs of the house, guarantee full knowledge of the exceptional conditions that any visitor will find.

Stays all year round:
We have all the necessary equipment to support stays up to 365 days a year, including a double air conditioning system, which maintains an ideal temperature at any time of year.

Rest for every taste:
The room is based on a king size bed (180x200), equipped with a visco elastic activcarbon topper.
On prior request, we can reconfigure the bed and offer two single beds, 90x200 each, side by side.

Cleaning for longer stays:
At the time of booking, the guest pays VRBO a one-off amount for linen and cleaning, which are perfect for an average of weekly stays, we have.
For longer stays, we offer an additional intermediate cleaning per week with linen change, at an additional cost of €79 to be paid locally by the guest. These and other needs must be agreed and confirmed with the host in response to the welcome email, guaranteeing total transparency and an excellent stay.

All-inclusive:
We have chosen to offer an ‘all-inclusive’ policy, with the assumption that the equipment available, Internet included, will be used responsibly, which is why we reserve the right to take appropriate action if this is not the case.
