Situated 50 meters from Paraíso beach, and 500 meters from the picturesque Carvoeiro Beach, I rent T1 equipped for a good holiday in a quiet area. Consisting of 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, terrace with table and chairs, private parking (capacity 2 adults or 2 adults with one child). Cleaning and change of clothes once a week. Prices vary by month! If you are looking for something with these features, do not hesitate, contact for more information.

This apartment is well equipped and spotless. The owner is completely attentive and responsive as well as super sweet! It is very walkable to the main center of town as well as the beach. The sunset views are basically right out your door and absolutely stunning! This unit is ideal for 2 people.

A wonderful location and a perfect home. Maria is the best host ever, making sure you have everything to make your stay perfect. Market, restaurants and beach are walking distance. If you are wanting to see other beaches a car is a must.

The accomodation is perfect. Quite close to the city centre and the main beach. The house has everything you need for your staying: parking in the property, kitchen with all appliances. huge bathroom with shower, A/C, WiFi and TV set. Lovely place, highly recommended

Maria is lovely! Kindness itself. The apartment was perfect with everything we needed and more. The parking was secure behind gates. The seating area was perfect. Views overlooking the ocean. Enclosed for our dog. Short walk down to Carvoeiro bars and restaurants. Maria and Marco live above and Maria does like contact. On our last day, while we were out, she got our washing off the drier, ironed it and put it into the apartment. This was very thoughtful!

lovely stay

This is a great place to spend a few days to see the caves and the beautiful landscape. Everything was as presented online. The weather didn't cooperate for our stay but otherwise all was enjoyable.

Perfect place to stay

Nice quiet basement apartment that has a great location a 10 minute amble to the center of town. There is a well appointed kitchen so you can cook in if you like, but the place is steps away from a store and several very good places to eat

Great stay in Carvoerio, just a little off the beaten path

We had a lovely time in Carvoeiro. The apartment was perfect for our 5 days. Having the kitchen to make a meal or two was awesome. Might be nice to have a few more condiments available but everything was great. A bit of a walk to the main beach and strip of restaurants, etc but we didn't mind that as we prefer not to be in the busy parts. The host Maria Jose was very warm, kind and accommodating.

A lovely stay with a brilliant host

We loved our stay at Maria's sea view apartment. The apartment is well stocked with everything you could need, the bed is comfy and it's spotless and clean. You can sit outside in the sun and look out onto the sea. The beach is just a short walk away. Maria was a brilliant host, she looked after us so well. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Wonderful stay with a wonderful host

Maria is a fantastic host - from the start to the finish she made us feel so welcome. Had fresh oranges on arrival from her garden and everything was spotless. The location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach and many good restaurants and shops. Will definitely be booking to stay here again.
