Villa Letizia (Petit) accommodates up to 6 guests and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living area, sleeping area with bathroom on the ground floor, and access to a veranda overlooking the pool, the sea, and the countryside. The upper floor features a bedroom and a bathroom.

It is located just over one thousand meters from the town center and the sea, surrounded by greenery on a quiet and panoramic hill known as the “Terrace overlooking the sea,” offering views that extend from the Tyrrhenian coast of Cosenza to the Aeolian Islands.

Guests will have access to the entire garden area surrounding the villa, the pool area, and the shared parking area with the larger villa.
