This apartment is located near the centre of Rio and 10 minutes from the metro station. Located in the heart of Rio, you will have access to a variety of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as all the amenities you need to make the most of everything the city has to offer.

⚠️ Services such as: crib, early check-in and late check-out may have additional charges, if you have any doubts please contact us for further clarification.

⚠️ The caretaker is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.

⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Regulation Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all persons who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. Persons who are not on the provided list will not be allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, depositing them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the entrance and service lift when carrying luggage or bathroom clothing.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting £100.00 per day from the guarantee deposit.

⚠️Our check-in is from 3 pm and our check-out is before 11 am. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. The bed linen and towel change service can be arranged and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may be damaged, as any damaged item may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene articles, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
