Private villa own pool .
Gorgeous 3 bed Villa with its own superb pool.
This private villa has its own secluded pool at the rear of the property with some beautifully well maintained areas that are shaded in some areas by established gardens & trees, also an unshaded area for sunbathing.
There is an outdoor shaded seating area for 6 people at the front of the property for al fresco dining. There is also plenty of space around the side of the villa which is also shaded .
The space
Also there is a large communal pool for the use of around 12 villas.
As you enter the property from the rear it offers spacious accomodation into the open plan lounge/diner & well equipped kitchen.
The lounge/dining room is extremely light & lovely living area. There is a TV in the lounge. Also wifi is available at the property .
On the lower floor there are 2 good sized bedrooms with comfy twin beds in both rooms, luxury linen on all beds. Large double wardrobes in both bedrooms.
On the lower floor both bedrooms share a large bathroom with a walk in shower.
Upstairs has a gorgeous round bedroom with large balcony that overlooks part of La Sella Golf Club & Montgo mountain & other surrounding areas. Large double wardrobe with ample storage & ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower.
Its location boasts the tranquil setting in the beautiful mountainous area of La Sella. Its a private villa with beautifully maintained gardens & pool.
All of the rooms have aircon.
The Villa is suitable for adults & children.
The villas pool has a depth graduation so be AWARE of the deep end .
There is parking for 1 car at the property & plenty of space roadside too.
Ideally you will need a car at this location.
Guest access
The nearest beaches are at Denia, miles of sandy beaches. Around 15 minute drive from the Villa.

This is our second year of letting so at the moment we just have a couple of reviews but we hope to build up our portfolio with happy customers and build up recurring bookings from holiday makers .

Our villa is in a quiet residential area of La sella with easy access to Denia 10 mins by car and Javea 20 mins , it is just a short drive from the AP 7 motorway an hour from Alicante airport, or one hour fifteen from Valencia airport.
Our villa has its own pool for cooling off in the heat of summer as well as a large communal pool were the kids can have fun in the Saftey of the complex. We have different areas around the villa where sun and shade can be found throughout the day to make your stay enjoyable, we have air conditioning in every room for your comfort to sleep well at night also .on the La sella site there are tennis courts paddel courts , restaurants, shops, and medical shop .
