Nestled in the peaceful village of Montroc, Guapa is a beautiful mountain chalet, offering an incredible view and tranquility; a perfect escape in Chamonix! Ideally placed for access to the ski lifts of Le Tour and Les Grands Montets, it’s a brilliant base for a family or group of friends. In summer, numerous hiking trails start right from the door, including routes to the Aiguilles Rouges, Vallorcine and the Petits Balcons.



The chalet is just a 1 minute walk from the train station and bus stop, offering easy access to Argentière (with its shops, restaurants and bars) or Vallorcine for skiing. For winter or summer adventures, Chalet Guapa is ideally located to enjoy the best of the region.



Built with a deep respect for local traditions, the chalet features a beautiful blend of wood and stone, creating a warm, timeless atmosphere. The spacious open-plan kitchen is well-equipped, and the living/dining area offers a vast mountain panorama view, a cozy fireplace and French doors leading out onto a south-facing terrace, complete with a jacuzzi—perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. There’s also a convenient home office area.



The two ground-floor bedrooms open directly onto the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the stunning mountain and valley views. Upstairs, a large mezzanine bedroom with four single beds and a TV corner offers ample space for relaxation. The chalet has two separate bathrooms—one with a bath and the other with a shower.

The pictures do not do the property justice especially of the Mountain View’s. Great spot for the 4 adults and 4 kids under 6 traveling. Service was on point and always there to help. Definitely going back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La chalet est très agréable et bien situé. Idéal en famille ou entre amis Le train nous emmenant à Vallorcine ou Chamonix est extrêmement pratique et convivial L'équipe Collineige a été à notre écoute tout au long du séjour et soucieuse de notre bien être. Merci ce qui serait à améliorer serait : Le jacuzzi: ne pas avoir à enlever les planches de la terrasse et son emplacement dans les parpaings n'est pas agréable Manque 1 sèche cheveux Manque de lumière à l'étage Manque 1 WC séparé

Tres beau sejour dans ce chalet de montagne.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce chalet de montagne. Le chalet est non seulement très confortable, mais aussi incroyablement spacieux, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre temps en famille. L'intérieur est décoré avec goût et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison. Les équipements sont modernes et bien entretenus, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Sans oublier le jacuzzi avec la vue sur des paysages magnifiques. Nous recommandons vivement ce chalet à tous ceux qui cherchent à s'évader et à profiter de la nature dans un cadre accueillant.
