We are delighted to welcome you to our stunning apartment suitable for up to 7 guests, located in the heart of a new elegant tourist residential area, with large green areas, near the shopping center and Bibione Thermal Baths.
The beach is only 650mt away and to reach the seaside you can walk along a brand new cycle/pedestrian path surrounded by greenery.
At the Marco Polo village you will find a large shared garden with a swimming pool park for adults and children, free WiFi area, new Snack bar/restaurant by the pool, playground, indoor children's playroom used in case of bad weather, shared laundry service.
The village also offers an entertainment program which is full of activities, creative workshops, dances, baby dance and many other activities.
The Snack bar/restaurant by the pool is comfortable and spacious, ideal for starting the day with a delicious and rich sweet and savory continental buffet breakfast served from 7.30 to 10.00, which can also be enjoyed as a take away. Then, during the day and until the evening, it offers all types of fresh drinks and small snacks for quick and tasty breaks, while for lunch guests can choose from the varied menu of hot and cold dishes.

The apartment is built over two levels. On the ground floor you will find a modern living room with one double sofa-bed, a kitchen area with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer, microwave, a nice porch with private garden and fireplace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.
On the top floor there is a bathroom with a shower box and hairdryer, a large bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a nice terrace.

To ensure your the best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat, safe and central heating and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

Covered parking lot included opposite the main entrance of the accommodation.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment.

Check in from 17:00 until 19:00. Check out from 08:00 until 09:00.

Beach service is always included in the price of your stay.
