Being single-storey, Warner cottage has been converted to offer easy access accommodation. The windows and patio door off the living area let natural light in and afford a lovely view of the surrounding woodlands, sink into the comfy sofas and enjoy relaxing after a day out adventuring.
There is now a pellet stove in the living area for heating and giving a real fire as well as heating from a renewable power source.
Whilst the property sleeps two, one of the sofas can turn into a sofa bed offering additional sleeping.
The kitchen is fully equipped and with oodles of space you can truly relax and unwind here. A decked area leads from the living-room via patio doors, giving you the perfect space to connect with nature, sit amongst the trees and listen to bird song with your morning coffee. The spacious bedroom with a comfy super king bed, lovely linens and an armchair for some peaceful holiday reading really allows you to relax and unwind. A second decked area can be found through the bedroom patio doors, where you can sit amongst the foliage and listen to the leaves rustling, ideal for some quiet contemplation.

Located under 3 miles from Crackington Haven, a coastal village at the head of a cove on the Atlantic coast and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is popular with tourists, walkers, surfers and geology enthusiasts. At high tide the shoreline is mainly stony but when low you are greeted to a lovely golden sandy beach with plenty of rock pools to enjoy. And surfers, both experienced and beginners enjoy the varying tidal conditions the cove provides and with lifeguard cover from July to end of September you can relax a little bit more too! Locally there are also tea rooms and a pub to enjoy. On-site, there is a shared games room with pool table, air hockey, dart board, large chalk board, disco ball and Bluetooth speaker.
If it`s the beach you want with miles of sand, swimming and surf then you`ll be spoilt for choice in the wider area. Much of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and is a haven for wildlife, providing fabulous walking opportunities. There are many pretty coves and inlets to discover within a short drive of this property including Boscastle, Morwenstow and stunning Tintagel, inextricably linked to the legend of King Arthur. Further afield the fishing port of Padstow is a popular tourist destination too. Bude is a fabulous coastal town that once visited, you will want to come back to time and time again. It has something for everyone including great beaches for relaxing and building sandcastles on, rockpools for investigating at low tide and cafés to watch it all from. The rolling waves are great for surfing all year round and the footpaths by the restored canal or on the South West Coast Path offer you a superb opportunity to explore and appreciate the outstanding countryside.
Bude also has a superb golf course, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley/indoor play area and a heritage centre at Bude Castle. It also has a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants and an excellent information centre. These properties are also perfectly located for you to discover the many natural delights that North Devon has to offer such as Exmoor National Park with its magical night skies. Beach 2 miles.
These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 32 guests.
