This two-bedroom flat is situated in St Johns, just on the outskirts of Worcester city centre. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the flat features a modern bathroom with a shower. It is a self-contained unit with its own lockable door, accessed via a shared hallway. There is one dedicated parking space right outside the flat for convenience.

To access the flat, you'll enter through a communal hallway, with Flat 1 located on the ground floor. The property comes with one allocated parking space directly outside for your convenience. Inside, you'll find a cosy living area that leads to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the utensils and pots you need for cooking. The living area offers a smart TV with access to Netflix and Freeview channels, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
