Don't stay here during the summer. The property is nice, but they overpromise regarding access to the communal pool. Access requires wristbands, which the host did not provide despite numerous conversations and requests. VRBO support was also ineffective, as they were fine with the host's repeated replies that "we'll do something tomorrow."Also, they provide one set of keys, even for 4 people staying in the flat. The stairwell requires a fob to access, so you will need to do a lot of coordination so your guests can access it.The flat, especially the couch, was very sandy when we arrived. They should vacuum it thoroughly in between guests.Also, there is a business on the ground floor that handles key exchanges. Yet for some reason, this host has travelers pick up and drop off keys from a tobacco shop 700 meters away. Why?I would never stay at a property from this host ever again. Given the lack of support from VRBO, I strongly doubt I will ever use them again, at least not in Europe. Overpromise, under-deliver, take the money seems to be their playbook.
