Stone House Zijavica is located in the village of MoĆĄÄeniÄka Draga, near Opatija. This stone holiday house is situated on a hillside in a quiet street with a view of the surrounding countryside. Thanks to its location and amenities (indoor pool!), this house will be an ideal place to relax. It has 3 bedrooms and is designed to accommodate 7 people. Pets are also welcome!
The interior of the house is 130 mÂČ and is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV or reading your favorite book. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals that you can enjoy in the indoor or outdoor dining area. The entire house is clad in stone, which is an excellent thermal insulator â keeping the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
On the 1st floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with double beds and 1 has an additional bed for 1 person. 2 rooms have access to a balcony.
The house has several outdoor relaxation areas. Lean back in a deck chair and admire the beautiful view of the landscape, enjoy grilled meals in the outdoor dining area, drink coffee in the shade of the terrace... And so on, all day, every day. Below the house there is another relaxation and play area with deck chairs and a children's playground. With an unmissable view of the valley at the foot of UÄka. As you can see, there are quite a few places to relax, but we've saved the best for last. The house also has an indoor swimming pool, available all year round!
Stone House Zijavica is an oasis of peace and quiet, an ideal place to recharge your batteries. Nature is all around you and the sea is not far away either â the beach in MoĆĄÄeniÄka Draga is only a 10 minute drive away. And if you are a lover of active vacations, you will not be disappointed.
