A cozy 65 sq m apartment in our little residence with pool, Sottobosco has a bright double bedroom, a large bathroom with a 2 sq m mosaic shower, and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed.
Located on the ground floor, with independent access, it features a large 22 sq m terrace equipped with a table, chairs, two loungers and a sun-umbrella, offering a splendid lake view and a relaxing view of the pool and the forest.

Sottobosco is located within our quiet La Cornice sul Garda residence, which consists of just five apartments.
Guests can use the swimming pool, which is shared only with guests of the residence.
Two sun loungers per apartment are available by the pool.

The apartment is accessed via a separate entrance on the ground floor.
Private uncovered parking is available in front of the apartment.

Here, luxury and simplicity blend harmoniously, combining the latest technology with the earthy, forested atmosphere of the valley where we grew up.

LOCATION
La Cornice sul Garda is located in a panoramic mountain setting just 7 km from the Gulf of Salò.
Reachable via a simple road with hairpin bends, a car is essential.
It is ideal for those who love the tranquility of green hills, far from the tourist bustle.
From every apartment in the Residence, you can enjoy the view of Lake Garda and the woods, offering unforgettable plays of light and vibrant scents throughout the day.
Relaxation and sports go hand in hand: some beautiful trails suitable for mountain biking and hiking pass through Castello.

Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, freezer, dishes, Nespresso coffee machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, home automation, bed and bath linens, hairdryer.

LAUNDRY ROOM AND BARBECUE
NB: The washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board, and iron are not in the apartment, but are located in the laundry area of ​​the Residence and are shared with other guests.
In the common area, there is also a wood-burning barbecue.

TAXES
The tourist board requires a tourist tax of €1/night per person (ages 12 and older). This tax is payable upon check-in.

We loved all of it

Beautiful place, crazy view, the best host. We found this place by a coincidence - but we will definitely return. You need a car to be at this place, but it is worth all of it. Nearby Saló, a very nice and cozy town right at the lake.

Liebevoll moderne ruhige Unterkunft

Wir waren im September zu zweit in dieser äußerst liebevoll und sehr gepflegten Unterkunft zu Gast bei einer sehr aufmerksamen Vermieterin. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.Das Zentrum von Salò erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min. Mit dem Rad in ca. 25 min. Zu Fuß eher schwierig. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Roberta und ihr Team .

Hoch über dem Gardasee

Nach einem kurvigem Aufstieg erreichten wir ein modernes Ferienhaus, mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Gepflegte Außenanlagen und ein Infinity Pool, zauberten uns ein Lächeln ins Gesicht. Roberta war sofort zur Stelle und informierte uns, mit ihrer liebenswürdigen Art über alle Einzelheiten der Ferienunterkunft. Die Wohnung ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Funktionalität im Küchenbereich. Eine Steckdose bietet wenig Anwendungsmöglichkeit für Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Etwas aufzubacken ist nicht möglich. Es gibt einen Brötchenservice, leider sind wir Frühaufsteher und waren um 09:30 Uhr schon bereit den See zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten in Roberta zu jeder Zeit einen Ansprechpartner.

Wunderschöner Urlaub am Gardasee

Einfach nur Traumhaft

Wirklich zu empfehlen! Traumhafte Unterkunft am Gardasee! Schöne Lage mit einem herrlichen Blick vom Balkon oder dem Infinity Pool auf den See und die Umgebung. Unsere Wohnung (Sottobosco) hat uns vom ersten Moment verzaubert. Modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Roberta war für uns jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und Umgebung

Wir haben die Lokation, deren Umgebung und die Aussicht sehr genossen. Die Hausherrin ist ausserordentlich freundlich und sympatisch. Auch die Kommunikation und Informationen von Roberta haben uns bestens Informiert und weiter geholfen (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.) Man muss sich halt lediglich im Klaren sein, dass das Anwesen weit oberhalb des Ortes liegt und man nicht mal eben zu Fuß etwas einkaufen gehen kann. Das ist aber kein Problem, sind nur ca. 8 Min mit dem Auto War ein schöner Urlaub

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Roberta war stets erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt. Ob Restaurants oder Olivenölverkauf auf alles kamen tolle Tipps. Vielen Dank liebe Roberta. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und etwas weg vom Tourismus gelegen. Es geht etwas kurvig und steil nach oben aber man ist in 10 Minuten unten in Salo. Wenn man frische Brötchen möchte werden diese sogar an die Tür gebracht (10.30 h) Pizza Lieferdienst gibt es auch, so dass man auch mal entspannt die traumhafte Terrasse mit Blick auf den See genießen kann ohne zu kochen oder losfahren zu müssen. Es war ein sehr schöner entspannter Kurzurlaub 🤗

Einfach Traumhaft

Sowohl das Appartement als auch die Aussicht sind traumhaft. Der Weg zum Appartement ist für jemanden aus einer Großstadt eher abenteuerlich aber nach ein paar Mal fahren gewöhnt man sich an die Straßenbreite und -qualität.

TOP-Ferienwohnung - besser geht nicht

Bereits vor unserer Anreise erhielten wir von Roberta ausführliche Informationen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet auf höchstem Niveau. Außerdem besticht sie durch einen fantastischen Fernblick. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert. Tipps zu Ausflügen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben wir gerne angenommen. Auch das Auschecken war völlig unkompliziert. Vielen Dank noch mal an Roberta, wir kommen wieder 😊

"Cornice sul Garda": Ausgezeichnet

Eine unglaublich nette Gastgeberin, eine wunderschöne, sehr saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete moderne große Wohnung, eine tolle Aussicht, weg vom Trubel des Gardasees, aber nur sechs Fahrkilometer von Saló. Dazu Veranda mit Pool. Besser kann man es kaum treffen.
