La Cornice sul Garda - Sambuco - terrace and lake view in residence with pool

A sunny 80-square-meter apartment in our cozy residence with a pool, Sambuco can accommodate up to five people and enjoys a wonderful lake view.
It is spread over two floors: the upper floor features a living area with a splendid 25-square-meter terrace (equipped with a table, chairs, two deckchairs and a sun umbrella). The lower floor features one double bedroom with view, one bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom with a large glass shower.
A comfortable sofa bed is available in the living room for a fifth guest.

THE RESIDENCE AND THE POOL
Sambuco is located within our quiet La Cornice sul Garda residence, which consists of just five apartments (Ciliegio, Sottobosco, Acero, Betulla and Sambuco).
Guests can use the swimming pool, which is shared only with guests of the Residence.
Two sun loungers per apartment are available by the pool.
The pool is NOT heated.

The apartment is accessed via a private entrance on the first floor.
Private uncovered parking is available in front of the apartment.

Here, luxury and simplicity blend harmoniously, combining the latest technology with the earthy, forested atmosphere of the valley where we grew up.

LOCATION
La Cornice sul Garda is located in a panoramic mountain setting just 7 km from the Gulf of Salò.
Reachable via a simple, winding road; a car is essential.
It is ideal for those who love the tranquility of green hills, far from the tourist bustle.
From every apartment in the Residence, you can enjoy the view of Lake Garda and the woods, offering unforgettable plays of light and vibrant scents throughout the day.
Relaxation and a desire for sport blend harmoniously: some beautiful trails suitable for mountain biking and hiking pass through Castello.

AMENITIES
Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, freezer, crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, home automation, bed and bath linens, and hairdryer.

LAUNDRY ROOM AND BARBECUE
NB: The washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, and iron are not in the apartment, but are located in the laundry area of ​​the Residence and are shared with other guests.
There is also a wood-burning barbecue in the common area.

TAXES
The tourist board requires a tourist tax of €1/night per person (ages 12 and older). This tax is payable upon check-in.

Amazing holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Vrbo! The house was impeccably clean, and the spacious rooms with ample storage made our stay comfortable. The upstairs kitchen and living area were truly spectacular, offering breathtaking views. The host's communication and kindness enhanced our experience. Conveniently located near restaurants and groceries at the foot of the mountain, we were able to explore nearby cities easily. This is definitely a place we look forward to returning to!

Relaxing vacation in a great location

Our apartment Il Sambuco was ready for occupancy at 2 pm. The apartment is very spacious over 2 floors with a large balcony (roof terrace) from which you have a wonderful view over Salò to Lake Garda. The furnishings are of a very high quality in white wood, especially the dining room table and chairs. The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartment. The bedroom is also spacious with 2 high closets and a small balcony. We were delighted with the electronic blinds, the thermal curtain and the air conditioning, which kept the whole apartment pleasantly cool. The doors and windows are solid. We were also pleased with the extensive bins for waste separation, as we are used to in Germany. The swimming pool is very clean and large. We also used the washing machine once and dried the laundry on a clothes horse on the balcony. The covered parking lot is also worth mentioning. We would especially like to thank Roberta for the very friendly welcome and the prompt answers to our questions via WhatsApp. We were also grateful that we were allowed to bring our cat, which had the 2nd bedroom to itself. We can wholeheartedly recommend both Roberta as a great hostess and the entire accommodation. We would love to come back next year. Grazie Mille, cara Roberta! Esther, Thomas & Yamka

Erwartungen übertroffen

Wir hatten für eine Woche mit 5 Personen die Wohnung Sambuco gebucht. Die Ferienwohnung hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen (und wir haben schon viele FW gesehen). Die Aussicht auf das Tal und den Gardasee, abends mit vielen Lichtern—- einfach schön. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und komfortabel.Überall Klimaanlagen und top Betten. Waschmaschine Parkplatz runden den Aufenthalte ab. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin. Sie gibt gerne Rat und hilft gerne weiter. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Moderne, in schönen Farben und funktional gestaltete Maisonette-Wohnung in gepflegtem Zustand. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die fehlende Geschirrspülmaschine haben wir (2 Personen) nicht vermisst. Große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick über den südlichen Gardasee. Attraktive Lage des gesamten Objekts. Kurvige Anfahrt, die aber auch mit einem etwas größeren Auto gut zu bewältigen ist (Via Ponte Pier). Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Roberta.

Alle Erwartungen wurden und zum Teil übertroffen

Wir waren als Familie für eine Woche im Oktober 2022 in der Ferienwohnung. Der Check-In erfolgte mit allen nötigen Instruktionen per Telefon. Ein persönliches Treffen mit der Vermieterin zur Beantwortung noch etwaiger Fragen erfolge am nächsten morgen. Darüberhinaus stand Sie per Telefon oder WA zu jeder Zeit für Fragen und Wünsche parat. Auch Bestellungen für den morgentlichen Brötchen-Boten wurden auch am Abend noch gerne angenommen. -> 5 Sterne für die Gästebetreuung Die Wohunung, die Einrichtung sowie die Anlagen drum herum sind sehr gepflegt und waren äußerst sauber. -> 5 Sterne für das Objekt In der Küche war das Nötigste zum Kochen vorhanden und auch ein Grill im Garten konnte genutzt werden. Backofen und Spülmaschine wären im Nachhin schön gewesen, doch das wir uns vorher klar, weil dies auch nicht Teil des Angebotes war. Ansonsten waren Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser und Schüsseln sowie Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. -> 4 Sterne für die Ausstattung Die Wohung Lag am Berg über Salò und bot eine grandiose Aussicht sowohl vom großen Balkon als auch vom der Terrasse am Pool. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 4 km und gut 230 Höhenmeter. Man muss sich darübr im Klaren sein, dass man für Einkäufe und Stadtleben eine ordentliche Wanderung vor sich hat oder eben ins Auto steigen muss. Was dem einen ein Voteil ist dem anderen ein Nachteil. Für uns war es genau so, wie wir es wollten. -> 5 Sterne für die Lage mit dem grandiosen Ausblick. Fazit: Zum Genießen und Relaxen ist es die Optimale Wohnung. Für Ausflugziele in der Umgebung oder auch weiter (Verona, Bologna, Mondena, ...) bracht man sowieso das Auto. Kleiner Malus war die Umsetzung der abendlichen Kochkünste. Die Betreuung der Gastgeberin war Spitzenklasse. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Erholsamer Urlaub mit einem der schönsten Ausblicke über den Gardasee

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villanuova sul Clisi. Aufgrund der aktuellen Pandemie haben wir uns für eine Ferienwohnung entschlossen und wurden nicht entäuscht. Das Exposé stimmt mit der angetroffenen Wohnung exakt überein. Eine so saubere Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie zuvor! Der Ausblick von unserer Dachterrasse und dem Pool auf den Gardasee und die umliegende Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Mit Roberta hat man eine tolle Vermieterin vor Ort welche einem tolle Tipps gibt (es gibt auch eine Mappe mit Infos und Insider Tipps im Appartement) Wir werden sicher nochmal dort Urlaub machen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf die Tage in Saló.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Pool und die Außenanlagen wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Wohnung mit Terrasse war wunderschön. Wir hatten einen Blick über den ganzen Süden des Gardasees. Am besten war allerdings die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin Roberta. Sie hat uns nützliche Tipps z.B. fürs Einkaufen gegeben, bei der Vermietung eines Boots. Immer wenn man Fragen hatte wurde sofort geholfen. Besser geht es nicht. Nach Abreise hatten wir Unterlagen in der Wohnung vergessen. Diese hat sie uns kostenlos nach Deutschland geschickt. Insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in einer super Lage. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten Ende Oktober einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll, die Austattung war modern und die Aussicht war wunderschön! Obwohl sich das Objekt auf einem Berg befindet, erreicht man dennoch relativ schnell die nächsten Orte. Die Vermieterin Roberta war sehr freundlich und alles ist unkompliziert und reibungslos verlaufen. Von daher ist es auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Hochwertiger Kurzurlaub gewährleistet

Nach kurzfristiger und unkomplizierter Buchung war von der Kommunikation bis zur Übergabe der komplette Ablauf harmonisch. Vor Ort war ein sehenswertes Ambiente aufzufinden, Wanderungen im Naherholungsgebiet begonnen direkt an der Tür. Alles in allem eine tolle Location und angenehmer Vermieterkontakt, jederzeit wieder, sehr empfehlenswert. Besten Dank

Tolle Unterkunft

Ende Mai, Anfang Juni haben wir 10 Tage in diesem Objekt genossen. Die Lage oberhalb des Gardasees ist fantastisch und bietet einen traumhaften Blick über den südlichen See, der zu jeder Tageszeit toll ist. Die Ausstattung ist modern und in dem von uns genutzten Apartment für 4 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Alles was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt ist vorhanden. Der Weg zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit und nach Salò ist nicht weit. Insgesamt ein tolles Objekt, das man uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann.
