Lairds Cottage is a delightful 2 bedroom stone cottage which has been refurbished to a very high standard. The cottage is set in a quiet location with beautiful views yet is easy to find and convenient for many of Aberdeenshire’s attractions. The large open plan kitchen/dining/living area has a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area has comfy leather sofa and chairs and modern smart TV. Outside dining and enclosed garden area are at the rear.

This cosy 2 bedroom cottage is set in a quiet rural location close to the village of Stuartfield and within easy reach of Aberdeenshire’s many costal and inland attractions. Refurbished to a very high standard the cottage comprises of large kitchen/dining/ lounge area with comfy leather sofa and chairs. There is a large shower room as well as a toilet. The outside area is enclosed to the rear of the property and has a BBQ hut and decking area with outside seating. There is ample parking for larger vehicles at the property.
