The Space:
The villa is located in the desirable Gotmar area of Puerto Pollenca, a peaceful residential neighborhood. It is just a short walk to the nearby beaches, supermarket, and local shops and cafés. A little further along a pleasant seafront walk, you’ll reach the center of Puerto Pollenca, which offers a variety of bars, restaurants, and family-friendly nighttime entertainment.

Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed by a spacious round entrance hall that leads into a large lounge and dining room. The lounge features ample seating for relaxation while enjoying the smart TV. The sizable dining table can accommodate the entire family or a group of friends, making it perfect for memorable meals together. The open-plan kitchen and lounge area create a fantastic flow for everyone to enjoy. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Additionally, the villa includes a separate utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and highchairs and cots for your convenience.

The entrance hall also provides access to six bedrooms and six bathrooms; five of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The charming sixth bedroom is situated in a tower and features a fabulous en suite bathroom. Each bedroom includes its own spacious bathroom, ensuring privacy for the entire group and eliminating bathroom queues.

The well-maintained garden surrounds the terrace area of the property, offering a sense of space and tranquility while you relax in the sun. The private swimming pool is located at the rear of the property, adjacent to the barbecue area and sun loungers, making it perfect for enjoying long, hot days and warm evenings. There is also a large outdoor dining table, along with additional seating, sun loungers, and umbrellas. We provide plastic outdoor glasses for your convenience, as well as pool towels. The villa is equipped with both a Weber barbecue and a traditional charcoal barbecue, complete with essential utensils.

For active guests, we have created an indoor gym that overlooks the garden and pool. When the patio doors are open, it feels as though you are working out in an outdoor setting. This area also serves as bicycle storage and includes a workbench for performing low-level maintenance on your bikes.

There is ample parking available if you choose to hire a car, or you can easily hop on a bus, as a bus stop is located next to the villa.

Puerto Pollenca offers a wide range of diverse activities, and Villa Falco is ideally situated to explore them. The island has long been a haven for cyclists, boasting world-famous routes, quiet roads, and warm weather.

Additionally, the villa is close to a popular water sports center that offers sailing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing lessons. It is located in a beautiful area with a long beach and stunning mountain views.

For those who enjoy walking and rock climbing, Puerto Pollenca has much to offer. There are numerous trails around nature reserves and hidden coves that can only be accessed on foot or by boat. Rock climbing guides are also available, ensuring that the adventures are endless.
