Con una nueva decoración interior, con camas nuevas, sofás nuevos y muebles completamente renovados, Ca'n Bou Petit se encuentra a solo 4 km de Puerto Pollença, a 6 km de Cala San Vicente y a 2 km de la ciudad de Pollença. Hay algunos lugares para visitar. En el norte hay un bonito pueblo con playas de arenas blancas para visitar y nadar. En Pollença hay un campo de golf a 4 km y otro a 12 km. Si prefieres los deportes náuticos, en Puerto Pollença hay una escuela de vela y alquiler de barcos y vela. También hay excursiones que exploran las hermosas playas y calas de la zona. Se recomiendan estos tours. Si quieres bucear, hay pocos centros de buceo. Tanto en la ciudad de Pollença, Puerto Pollensa o Cala San Vicente, hay muy buenos restaurantes para comer, por lo que pescado fresco de la bahía o carne a la parrilla. Los propietarios están encantados de recomendar algunos si lo desean. Los propietarios hablan inglés (un poco). A 50 metros de distancia, tenemos otra villa para 6 personas (REF: El reconet de n'Aina 448 266) es ideal para familias numerosas que pueden necesitar más habitaciones.

Excellent countryside retreat

We found the villa and the surrounding countryside lovely, well situated for Pollenca & Puerto Pollenca. The owners are very helpful, we had a great holiday and will definitely be going again.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house and pool were great. Kids loved the pool and table tennis and pool table. Mosquitoes were a bit of a problem given the rural location. Joan was very responsive and helpful. Thank you.

Lovely stay at this property. Great facilities including great pool. Host was on hand for anything we needed. Area lovely from the port of pollensa to the old town. Bit of everything for the family. Can recommend this place and location.

Great swimming pool

Had a great stay the outside space is what makes this a great place to stay. Spent lots of time in the pool. The house is a bit old fashioned but its a farm house, it was clean.

Quiet rural landscape with easy access to the nice vacinity

We found the location which fitted most to our plans. The large and nice outdoor facilities together with the pool where the highlights of the accomodation. With the rented cars we had short access to Alcudia, Pollenca and Cap Formentor and some nice beaches.

Lovely family holiday

Spacious property for a relaxed family holiday. A good selection of double bedrooms with separate bathrooms to at least three couples plus children. Lovely opportunities to dine inside or out. Great swimming pool which is well maintained during stay. Improvements need to be made on quality of pool table and table tennis table on offer. Area is great to explore

Lovely finca close to Pollença

We spent one week with 7 adults and 5 young kids in the property. The finca, especially the pool, is beautiful. The kids had a lot of fun. The owner Juan is very friendly and the communication was very good.

C’an bou petit Mallorca farmhouse

Property was great for large family. The pool was a great and we all spent alot of time in and out of the pool. Also the added bonus of a pool table and table tennis were great fun for the teenagers.Joan the owner was great at communicating and sorting out any issues if they arose.We also booked a private sailing trip details were available in the villa, which I highly recommend.The villa is in a rural location which we like you would need a car to enable you to get to the near by town and beach and the local supermarket is very nearby.We had a great stay and would definitely return.

Great stay with lots of relaxation

We stayed in this enchanting finca for a week and felt very comfortable. Quietly located near Polenca. The children were in the pool every day and the sea is not far away. Joan took great care of us and was available at any time. Great! Again any time. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Lovely location

A great property for two families - with perfect outdoors / pool, BBQ, shaded dinner area - and benefits of table tennis and pool tables for added activity. Good kitchen facilities. Air conditioning in bedrooms helpful. Short drive to supermarkets and Pollenca town centre as well as to beach. Owner very helpful if needed.

Fantastic

We were two families (nine persons) who had a great stay in the month of July at Ca'n Bou Petit. A very charming house, rustic but functional, clean and nice with a very quiet and good location in the countryside of the island. The outdoor areas were absolutely wonderful with a large pool area and a nice pool, dining area, barbecue area, pool table and table tennis so there is entertainment for everyone. We can highly recommend this accommodation and the host Joan was easy to get hold of and very nice and helpful.

Perfect location, quiet, in the countryside. Amazing pool and outside space with great nighttime lighting, pool table, table tennis and dining spaces. Wonderful days at Can bou petit

We had a wonderful week! The kitchen was very well equipped! The garden was great. It was nice to eat outside for breakfast as well as in the evening! The house has a lot of space. The neighborhood is quite, so very good to relax. The communication with Joan was easy and he was always available for questions. We would recommend this Finca!

Lovely Finca at a great location

We had a great time at Finca Can Bou Petit. Sure, a few things need an update (Mattresses, Clutter, Iron) but other than that, the finca is lovely and very close to Platja Alcudia and Platja de Muro. A supermarket is very close by. We were a family of 9 including an 17 month old toddler. The host/owner is very nice and communicative. He is there if you need something.

We had the most amazing week in the BEST part of Mallorca (3 adults, 4 teens and a 5 year old) Made even more special staying at Can Bou Petit!! The Villa location is perfect for trips across the north of the island, for both Old Pollença, and Puerto Pollenca. Joan (the host) was there when we needed him, but also respectful enough to check with us if he or his team needed to carry out any maintenance work. Cannot recommend this property and host enough. Thank you Joan!!

Family holiday nr Pollenca

Communication with Joan beforehand was good and he was also very attentive during our stay. The house is rustic, but very clean and the pool area and gardens are regularly cleaned and maintained. Air conditioning in bedrooms very welcome. Pool table and table tennis very useful to keep the teenagers occupied. Very good location and good value for money. We all enjoyed our holiday, especially the outdoor area and pool. Mosquitos a bit of a problem in the second week (in the whole of the Pollenca area) so bring plenty of repellent. Many thanks to Joan for accommodating us.

Awesome Holiday

This is our second time staying in this area, Joan is a superb host, we had a few issues which he sorted very quickly. He was always on hand to help. The villa is a great size and in a quiet location, not to far from the local towns, supermarkets and beach, we got a few taxis around and they found us with easy; it’s a traditional Spanish farmhouse, however it could do with a bit of a makeover, the kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces inside are looking a little tired. Beds and pillows were comfortable and every room has aircon. Outside is superb, nice spacious grounds and a huge pool which was all well kept. I would definitely recommend this area and villa for future stays

Great outside space

We’ve just got back from a 2 week break with 6 adults and 3 children. The location is excellent for exploring the northern part of the island. Joan the owner was lovely and there quickly if we needed him but didn’t impose on our holiday. The outside space is what sells this villa with a lovely pool, seating area, table tennis and a pool table to keep all entertained. Inside it is rustic rather than a modern villa but it was comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. I wouldn’t recommend for families with very young children due to the steps to upstairs being quite steep (our youngest is 4 and was fine). We had three generations together on holiday and all had a great time.

Family Fun at Ca'n Bou Petit

We were 2 families staying at Villa Ca'n Bou Petit and it was perfect for what we needed. Excellent pool and poolside space for all 9 of us. We also had great fun with the table tennis and pool table which were a great addition to our villa experience. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioned. Although the largest bedroom had wardrobe space it would have benefited from also having some drawer space. The villa was clean and Joan was a very good host. Communication with Joan was easy and he replied promptly to any message that we sent. His communication leading up to our holiday was good and he provided maps, directions from the airport and villa information in plenty of time. The villa was in a nice area very close to both Pollenca and Peurto Pollenca. Overall we would recoomend this villa to other large groups or families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Old and dated villa

Poorly maintained property in much of a lot of TLC. Lots of expected basics missing from kitchen. No natural light in living room. No locks in any of the rooms including bathrooms. Dated key safe. Not very clean and lots of bits need fixing like kitchen and bedroom drawers, shower screens, etc.

I rent this house since 1995. The number License holiday stay of the house is the 575 (ETV)
I'm born in 1964 and i have a young daughter than born in 2006 . We have 2 more villas for rent. ca na Polida REF: 219 and El reconet de n'Aina, REF: 448266, both for 6 persons. All villas very good situated and quiets.
We rent this villas for more than 15 years , and we never have any trouble with my customers.m born in 1964 . , and we have a daughter than born in 2006.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Because is situated in the best area of the town. The house is a rustic farm with much caracter , is very quiet and is very close to all sites.
We try always that our customers feel like at home, but without disturb them.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The villa is so close to the town, beach, bars, supermarkets,..... for that is not really necessary the car if you like for walk for 15 minutes. Anyway, i will recomended you rent a car also.

Also there are a good neighbors and there are not noice of cars or others.
