This holiday home in the south of France has three comfortable bedrooms, including a Master Bedroom with its own shower. In addition, there is a second bathroom, shared with the other two bedrooms. The living space consists of a cosy lounge, a large dining table and an open, fully equipped kitchen. This holiday home is built with authentic natural stone and has beautiful wooden beams, which provides a typical Provençal charm and a warm atmosphere. Moreover, the cooling floor keeps the house pleasantly cool during the hot summer days.

The 1,200m2 plot offers a quiet, natural environment, typical of the region. Thanks to the Mediterranean climate, life here takes place mainly outside.
Although the house does not have a private swimming pool, there is a hotel-restaurant 200 metres away where you can rent sunbeds per day to enjoy their large swimming pool.

Less than 10 km away is Uzès, the first ducal city of France, famous for its beautiful architecture and lively markets. Just 18 km away is the impressive Pont du Gard, a Roman aqueduct on the UNESCO World Heritage List, beautifully illuminated in the evening. For nature lovers and adventurers, the river at Collias, 15 km away, is recommended, ideal for canoeing, kayaking and hiking. Provence enthusiasts can visit Saint-Remy-de-Provence, an hour's drive away. In addition, Nîmes (25 km) and Avignon (42 km) are also definitely worth a visit, with their historical monuments such as arenas, the Palais des Papes, the Maison Carrée and the famous Pont d'Avignon.
