House with a pool and spa, ideal for families and couples

Three-star house/cottage, comfortable, close to tourist places (Nîmes Avignon, Orange, Arles...), and an hour from the sea (Le Grau-du-Roi and Saintes-Maries de la Mer), the Alpilles and the Cévennes. The setting is very natural and wooded.
Shaded property, benefiting from spaces reserved for rent (terrace, garden, garden furniture and deckchairs) and common areas (play areas, relaxation, spa and swimming pool). An ideal place for families or couples looking for a rejuvenating holiday as well as for people wishing to combine work and leisure (office area set up in the mezzanine of the cottage).
The holiday home, although adjoining the owners' house and having the common gate, is totally independent (personal entrance, private terrace and garden).

Tenants have access to the heated swimming pool (mid-April to mid-October), the wellness area (all year round) with a massage spa and an outdoor shower. Numerous outdoor games are available (table football, billiards, darts, table tennis, slackline, trampoline, swings, playhouse and module for children...). In addition, a book chalet and a games chalet are a delight for young and old. You can also explore the region by bike (greenway nearby).
