Retired attorney originally from Cape Cod Massachusetts. I have been a unit at the Palm Beach Hotel Condominium since 2004, I purchased this unit and refurbished it in 2016. Every year, I spend 6 or more months in this beautiful old hotel in the heart of Palm Beach.

The unit is very comfortable, contemporary and convenient to everything in Palm Beach. Two elevators run to 3rd floor. The 1 BR unit overlooks a small park and has an excellent view of north Palm Beach Island. The hotel has many amenities including pool, library, veranda for sitting, concierge services and is in the process of refurbishing its fitness center.

The apartment is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and excellent views of north Palm Beach. The beach and bike path are a block away. And all needed amenities are available on the same block.

Four stars, which could be five, had there been just a single bottle of water in the fridge for our evening arrival. Daily towel service appreciated and the unit, though small, has a nice lay-out and is exceptionally clean. You can't beat the location, especially if you don't want top spend big bucks on a hotel in PB. You can walk to Worth Ave, the beach or the intercostal.
There is a filtered water fountain in the lobby of the hotel. But your suggestion of two water bottles in the refrigerator is right on. I will ask the property manager to arrange for that with future guests. Thanks for the suggestion.
Property is located across from a Publix supermarket, directly across the Street from Echo Restaurant....cafes, bars, restaurants on the same block. Breakers a 10 minute walk. Bike path and public ocean beach within one block.
