The apartment has recently been through a full refurbishment in a Victorian town house and been tastefully decorated. This is a first floor flat. The twin beds can be connected to make a larger double bed ideal for sharing.

The flats are located in the second property from the end. There is ample off street parking available.
Sunderland Central Station is a 10 minute walk. Sunderland Park Lane station is a 12 minute walk. A19 is very close by for those travelling out of the city.
