Stay in our spacious, romantic villa with sea views in Selva di Fasano, nestled on a hill in the countryside. All attractions, including Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobello, and Polignano a Mare, are just 20-30 minutes away, and the beautiful beaches of Monopoli/Capitolo and Savelletri are just 15 minutes away.

From Bari Airport, you can reach Selva di Fasano in about an hour. Lecce (100km) and Matera (76km) are also easy day trips and definitely worth a visit if you're visiting Puglia.

The house has been recently renovated and consists of a living room, large kitchen/diner, 2 large bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Three of the four bedrooms have a double bed, and one bedroom has two single beds (an extra bed is available upon request). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a large covered terrace and plenty of outdoor space.

Our accommodation features a private swimming pool measuring approximately 9.50 by 4.50 meters (depth 1.20 meters) and is open from April to October.

The property is surrounded by gardens and woodland of approximately 9,000 m².

The villa has a private entrance on a street with only local traffic. There is space for two cars.

You will be welcomed by our professional concierge service. They will provide a personal welcome and can also book excursions or arrange for a massage therapist, yoga teacher, etc. during your stay. Or book a private chef or pizza maker! In addition to a BBQ, the house also has a large pizza oven. They can also do grocery shopping or arrange airport transfers upon request.
The house is entirely at your disposal and is very privately situated in a neighborhood with plenty to do.

The village of Selva di Fasano is a beautiful old village with many magnificent holiday villas and several restaurants and shops. In summer, Selva di Fasano hosts a variety of activities, including the jazz festival in August, featuring open-air concerts in a beautiful villa in the village.
