Bungalow Kefalonia: 2 bedroom bungalows with lovely sea view

We offer 2 bedroom bungalows that are nestled in a quiet and cozy town of Spartia, which is located on the shores of the Ionian Sea, in the south-western part of Kefalonia.

The complex includes 3 bungalows, each of which is designed for 4-5 guests. Four guests would sleep in beds and for the 5th guest get sleep on a sofa the kitchen area, upon prior agreement. The prices are shown subject to 4 guests. The bungalows are basic but we try to keep them in good order and offer reasonable price.

You will surely love the wonderful view of the Ionian Sea, which the villas boast: gorgeous curves of the Kefalonia coastline, the impressive mountain Ainos, neighboring Zante island, and magical surface of the Ionian Sea shimmering with all shades of blue.

Each bungalow offers 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds), kitchen/living room area, compact bathroom with a shower/WC, and compact terrace, where you can spend time with a book, cup of coffee or a glass of fragrant local wine. The air condition is installed in the kitchen/living room area, not in the bedrooms.

Guests can use the brazier to arrange a barbecue for the family and friends.
At the territory , there is also a washing machine for common use of our guests.

On the site, where the villas are located, there is a chapel, where you can arrange a wedding ceremony.

You will surely be charmed by the local beaches of Klimatsias (950 m from the complex) and Thermanti (750 m), which boast incredibly clear water, soft sand, and picturesque landscape.

Warm, clean sea, shallow waters, and soft sand of Spartia beach ( Klimatsias ) are great for families with young children. Those, who love snorkeling and cliff jumping, will appreciate some rocks around the beach and its underwater world.

The road goes sharply along the slope, so returning from the beach to the bungalow can be tiresome. Thus, on our opinion, the car is necessary to have. It will allow you to reach the beach in just 3 minutes.

An asphalt 2 km long road leads from the villas to Cape Liakas: hikers will appreciate this journey that will take them to the surreal beach of Ema with its rocky shore, cave-covered underwater world, spectacular cliffs and plateaus.

The tavern and nearest shops are about 900-1200 m away. For sure, you will enjoy walking along the cozy streets of Spartia, where you can wander in silence admiring its pretty houses and magnificent landscapes. All necessary products could be ordered by phone from the local mini-market, delivery is for free.

Few kilometers from Spartia, there is a village of Pessada, from where a ferry runs to the island of Zakynthos. A little further - a village of Lourdas (Lurdas) with lovely cafes and a long beach line. Closer to the evening, you can go to the Castle of St. George, from where you can see a chic view of the incredible, multi-shade Ionian Sea stretching below the valley.
