The space
Cosy quarrymans cottage, very close to the Llyn Padarn and Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park.
This quaint cottage is located in the ideal location for walkers and bikers alike. You can bring your 4 legged companies with you to explore this amazing area and the surrounding area.
You can walk from the front door to the top of the famous Eryri (snowdon mountain). There are hidden lagoon lakes a short walk (part of the main lake) great for paddle boarding and canoeing. Along with a hidden water fall at the other side of the village.
The property consists of an open plan dinning and living area, with a large table and four chairs and comfortable seating with an open fire to warm up after those all-day adventures, with flat screen TV above.
This leads through to the well equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. Off the kitchen is a comfortable conservatory with additional table and seating with a washing machine and dryer in the corner. Off the conservatory is an enclosed court yard with rear access through a gate. This allows you to bring your muddied pawed companion through the rear entrance and clean down the boats and coats before coming in through the rear of the property. This area can also be used to store Bikes. There is a hose and outside sockets for charging of EV bikes.
Upstairs leads to a generously sized bathroom with separate shower and bathtub great for a quick shower or long soak. On the landing is also a dedicated work area with a comfortable chair.
There are two Bedrooms off the landing the master at the front that has a King size Bed along with full height wardrobes, and bed side tables. The second room is a comfortable full size double sofa bed that is always set up for sleeping, along with side draw unit and a desk and chair.
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay.
This property is professionally managed by Pass the Keys Anglesey on behalf of Philip, which means guests have access to a 24 hour dedicated support line, professional and thorough cleans between stays, linen, bath and hand towels and hotel style toiletries.
We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
