Villa Solea is located in the sought-after urbanisation of Cerros del Aguila, just minutes inland from Fuengirola Castle Beach. Ideally positioned, the area is only 20 minutes from Málaga International Airport and close to the popular Miramar Shopping Centre & Cinema Complex. It also boasts three professional golf courses, the Hipódromo Horse Racing Course, and is just a short drive from the iconic fishing village and market town of La Cala de Mijas. The newly opened leisure park, Gran Parque de la Costa del Sol, is also nearby and just a 12-minute walk from the property!



Originally developed by the Danish in the 1980s, Cerros del Aguila has since evolved into a thriving international community, home to Scandinavian, British, Dutch, French, and Spanish residents. The bunk bed is designed for both adults and children, as specified by the manufacturer. However, the upper bed is not recommended for children under 6 years old in accordance with European safety regulations. The maximum weight limit is 90 kg for the upper bed and 180 kg for the lower bed. The bed complies with European safety standards and features child-safe lacquers. For groups of 8, a pull-out auxiliary bed (90 kg limit) is provided, which can be used at floor level or raised.

Extra €300 paid with the balance payment. For stays of 11 nights or more, this fee is charged weekly (meaning €600 for 11-14 nights, €900 for 15-21 nights) and includes linen changes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

If guests would like an in-person check-in as opposed to self-check-in, this can be arranged for an additional fee of €35 before 18:00, €45 between 18:00 and 21:00, or €60 after 21:00. Please request this service during the booking process.
