We fell in love with Wilmington and Carolina Beach while living in the Phoenix area. We visited as often as possible, and moved to Wilmington in 2014.
Why Diane Ryan chose Carolina Beach
It caught our eye immediately! The location can not be beat. Close enough to the restaurants, bars and shops, but far enough away for peace and quiet. It has been treated well over the years and has a very homey, solid feel to it. It is nicely renovated and decorated, although I can not take credit for either, and it is large and roomy.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
