This stylish two-bedroom apartment in Green Point, Western Cape,
comfortably accommodates up to four guests.
The fully equipped kitchen features a modern design with ample storage
space. The property is fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer
for added convenience. An open-plan layout seamlessly connects the
kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a spacious and inviting
atmosphere. The dining area showcases a sleek wooden bench-style table
with comfortable seating for four.
The lounge is furnished with an L-shaped couch, accented with stylish
cushions, a small coffee table, and a large mounted flat-screen TV.
Sliding doors from the living room lead to the balcony, which features
an outdoor braai area, a cosy nook in the corner, and a small outdoor
dining table.
Both bedrooms are fitted with queen-sized beds and share a
well-appointed bathroom with a toilet, washbasin with vanity, and a
large walk-in shower. Linen and towels are provided with your stay.
Guests can enjoy an abundance of activities and locations in the
vicinity. Enjoy a picnic or leisurely stroll through Green Point Park.
If you’re looking for some entertainment keep your eyes peeled for the
next major sports event or music concerts happening at Cape Town
Stadium. Visit the oldest operational lighthouse in South Africa, Green
Point Lighthouse. A trip to Cape Town wouldn’t be complete without
visiting the iconic V&A Waterfront or ascending the world-renowned
landmark, Table Mountain.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 7 Zanibar Mansions, 8 Ravenscraig Rd, Green Point, Cape Town, 8051. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
