Charming new villa in subdivision offering beautiful volumes with swimming pool on enclosed land with trees.
Located in a village in Haut-Gard, between ArdĂšche, Vaucluse and DrĂŽme, of 120 m2 with heated and secure swimming pool of 7.5 x 3.5 m (tarpaulin and alarm), on a closed and wooded plot of 1100 m2, 3 rooms (6 people), small animals accepted.
Covered terrace of 30 m2, parking spaces, in a quiet, wooded subdivision.
A 5-minute walk from the village center with all amenities (bakery, mini-market, press center, restaurants, tobacco shop, ...)
Weekly market on the village square from mid-June to mid September.
Many leisure activities in the village (municipal swimming pool, horse riding, tennis courts, entertainment during the summer season, departure for hiking, mountain biking, etc.)
Close to the village: canoeing, fishing, climbing, quad biking, archery, riverside beaches, etc.).
Strategic starting point to many natural sites (CĂšze valley, ArdĂšche gorges, Aven d'Orgnac, CĂ©vennes natural park, Mont Aigoual, caving caves (Salamander, CocaliĂšre ...)

Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs belles vacances dans cette villa avec nos 2 enfants de 9 et 13 ans. L’accueil Ă©tait parfait. La villa est trĂšs propre, spacieuse, confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le jardin et la piscine sont un vrai plus, dont nous avons bien profitĂ©. Le quartier est calme, et il y a une Ă©picerie et quelques restaurants dans le village. L’endroit est idĂ©al pour visiter la rĂ©gion: Pont du Gard, Bambouseraie, Gorges de l'ArdĂšche, ChĂąteau des Roure, Aven d’Orgnac
. A ne pas manquer : la grotte de la Salamandre Ă  quelques kilomĂštres, qui vaut vraiment le dĂ©tour. Toute la famille a apprĂ©ciĂ© ce sĂ©jour.

Excellent accueil effectuĂ© par Éric. La maison est magnifique, trĂšs bien entretenue et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La climatisation a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciable lors des chaleurs. Superbes vacances

Nous avons séjournés dans cette trÚs belle villa en septembre 2020. La maison ainsi que les extérieurs sont bien propres, trÚs bien équipés. Nous allions au village à pied pour une belle ballade. La grotte de la Salamandre à 5 minutes est à voir absolument. Magnifique. Le monsieur à l'arrivée trÚs sympa, et nous a donné pleins de conseils pour les visites.

I booked this for my wife and 2 young daughters, to get away, spend time together, as we both work and rarely have quality time as a family. We do not like to sit about, we like to cycle, kayak, swim and walk. My daughters horse ride as well. We are so glad we booked this property, it was perfect. Very clean and the pool was great. The town itself has everything you need, shop is well stocked and a great butchers. some wonderful cycle trails and Kayaking was amazing. Not forgetting the caves, which are walking distance, if you want some good exercise. when we checked in we were late due to major traffic problems. Our hosts we very helpful on arrival. I

Logement vraiment exceptionnel dans une propriĂ©tĂ© splendide. Tout se prĂȘte Ă  un sĂ©jour de rĂȘve avec un extĂ©rieur, une piscine et l’intĂ©rieur au top. Niveau propretĂ© on ne peut pas faire mieux. La piscine et la terrasse sont vraiment apprĂ©ciables. Je recommande vraiment. Villa tout confort dans un endroit calme (super calme). La description donnée sur le site est conforme à la réalité. La maison était en parfait état de propreté. Beaucoup de publicités sur les activités ou sites à découvrir. Méjannes le Clap est un village idéal pour les randonneurs ou les sportifs. Petit bémol:... peu ou pas de commerces dans le village ... ! A recommander !

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli chaleureusement par Philippe qui nous a fait dĂ©couvrir une maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et bien au calme dans ce village de MĂ©janne Le Clap. Tout le confort Ă©tait au rendez-vous de cette maison. La cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e Ă©tait justement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Peut-ĂȘtre deux trois grandes casseroles en plus ne seraient pas du luxe. Mon Ă©pouse et moi-mĂȘme avons passĂ© une semaine idyllique. Nous espĂ©rons pouvoir revenir l'annĂ©e prochaine Ă  la mĂȘme pĂ©riode
