The house has just been fully renovated. The first lounge contains two cream reclining two-seater sofas, a 40" smart TV and a gas fireplace. The second lounge has a three-seater cream leather sofa, a coffee table, a smart TV and two beautiful palm trees.
The dining area has a glass dining table with six chairs. The kitchen has two inbuilt ovens, an inbuilt microwave, a hob and a dishwasher. Wine glasses, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery and utensils are all provided. A kettle, a blender, a rice cooker and a coffee grinder are also available for you to use.
The property has three bathrooms.
The garden has an inviting covered outdoor bar area / summer house which is great for having a BBQ or simply enjoying a drink on a beautiful warm evening.
The house is within a five-minute walk from the Willen hub featuring Sainsbury's Local grocery store, a pharmacy, a couple of takeaways, a selection of clothing shops and even a nursery and a school.
