Pureserviced has been providing quality luxury short term rental properties in the ocean city of Plymouth for five years, with the majority of our properties being very close to the water.
As a family business we are very conscious of ensuring all our guests have a safe and comfortable stay during their time with us. We employ our own team of guest relations staff, housekeepers and maintenance to ensure that the quality of our properties is maintained to a high standard
The Westminster Suite is a luxury four bedroom apartment, based on the ground floor of our building which contains six other luxury apartments. The building itself is a wonderful Grade 2 star property near Plymouth Hoe, built in the mid 1800s, with a wide sweeping staircase going up through the middle of the building providing access to all of the apartments .
The apartment itself has four bedrooms, two with king sized beds, one with twin single beds, one with bunk beds, with the main bedroom having its own en-suite plus a full family bathroom, and a further double sofabed in the living area.
There is superfast wifi throughout the property , and there is a large screen smart TV in the lounge area, plus smaller smart TVs within some of the bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped to enable any length of stay from one night up to several months, making the property perfect for self catering stays, with a Tesco Express being nearby to enable easy access for grocery shopping during your stay.
The apartment has its own dishwasher and access to the building's communal washing laundry area which is equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers.
Due to its age the building has some superb architectural features, the most obvious of which is its large sweeping staircase going up through the middle of the building. Each apartment within the building has been carefully set up to make the most of the historic features within the property, whilst making our guests' stays luxurious and comfortable.
The location of the property makes it a perfect base to not only explore Plymouth, but also the surrounding areas of Devon and Cornwall. Plymouth city centre is a five minute walk away, the successful Theatre Royal is just two minutes away, Plymouth Hoe with its glorious views over the sea and Plymouth Sound is a couple of hundred yards away
1 The Crescent is a beautiful Grade 2 star listed building, at the end of the terrace, with its main door set in Atheneum Street.
The world famous Plymouth Hoe is just 250 yards away, with its wide open spaces and amazing views across Plymouth Sound and out to sea.
The historic Barbican area of the city, with its links to America and the Mayflower Steps, is just a ten minute stroll from the building.
On successful booking and online checkin you will be provdied with a code for the front door of the building, and then the entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor ont he left hand side
The building is set just a short stroll from the Theatre Royal one way, and the city centre, and in the opposite direction Plymouth Hoe is just a couple of hundred yards away, with its amazing views and open green spaces
This is a structly no smoking property and no drugs are a permiited as we operate a zero tolerace policy on this. Parties are strictly not allowed as these typically disturb other guests within the building. Well behaved pets are allowed in this propert at a small nightly charge by prior agreement with us

This is a wonderful spacious apartment set on the ground floor of the building. The apartment has its own separate kicthen, dining room and lounge, two bedrooms with king sized beds, one with two single beds, and a further bedroom with bunk beds. There are two bathrooms one of which has a bath. Smart TVs are within the apartment in several of the rooms, and the property is fully equipped for either short or longer self catering stays
