The living room is bright and inviting, providing a perfect space to relax or spend time with family and friends. Direct access to the private terrace allows you to enjoy the sea view and soak up the sun in a serene setting.



The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals easily and enjoy them in comfort.



Outside, the condominium offers a refreshing pool, a bar, and a fully equipped gym, creating an ideal setting for leisure and well-being.



Located just a few minutes by car from Praia da Oura and close to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, the Milos Apartment allows easy access to the best that the Algarve has to offer.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €300 / Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).
The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

A very pleasant and cozy apartment with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it easy to enjoy our time in the Algarve. We also appreciated the boat tour arranged by the company.

Exceeded my expectations

It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for a couple or a solo traveler. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the living area was bright and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the private terrace with its stunning sea view, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day. The condo’s amenities, including the swimming pool and gym, were also excellent. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Algarve!

I had a wonderful stay at Apartment Milos! The location is excellent, just a short drive from beautiful beaches and within easy reach of supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment itself is stylish and comfortable, with air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, making it ideal for any season. The private terrace offers a lovely sea view, and the condominium facilities, especially the pool and gym, are a great bonus. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday!

Fantastic choice

Apartment Milos is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and well-located holiday in the Algarve. The space is modern and well-maintained, with a cozy double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living area. Lovely Coastal Retreat

We had a wonderful stay in a bright and comfortable apartment that made our holiday effortless and relaxing. The setting was perfect for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at Algarbe restaurant.
