With 25 square meters of space, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare your own meals. Relax in the TV area with comfortable seating or enjoy breakfast outdoors in the outdoor area with a table and chairs.

Important Information No parties or events are allowed to ensure the peace and quiet of all guests. Check in is from 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Payment is made in advance. Upon departure, you only need to check out by leaving the keys on the table, closing the door and turning off the heating if necessary. Pets are not allowed. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, the cost is 15. The accommodation includes a weekly cleaning.
