The property offers a warm atmosphere, ideal for enjoying its outdoor areas, such as the garden, covered terrace and swimming pool, which is maintained weekly. It also has a barbecue area to organize outdoor meals. You can park inside the property.

The interior consists of three bedrooms with natural light, decorated in a cozy and Mediterranean style, and air conditioning in two of them and in the living-dining room. During the winter of 2025, improvements will be made to the house: the office room will be transformed into a bunk room, and the current bunk room will have two single beds.

In addition to the proximity to the beaches, you will be able to visit renowned cities such as Barcelona, ​​Girona or Figueres, as well as charming coastal towns with historical characteristics.
