With energy-efficient appliances and water-saving fixtures, every detail is chosen to minimise environmental impact whilst maximising comfort. This Eco friendly house also features solar panels that contribute even further to reducing the carbon footprint.
On the ground floor you have an open plan kitchen/dining area with ample amount of light coming through floor to ceiling glass doors. A shower room is also located on the ground floor. There are two double sleeping pods on the first floor as well as a light and airy living area with glass doors opening out onto a sun terrace/balcony. Outside, this house also benefits from a small enclosed patio with outdoor furniture.
If you’re driving an electric vehicle, the property comes equipped with a convenient EV charging point for your ease along with an onsite parking space. The use of renewable energy throughout means the whole set up is eco friendly and sustainable.
