Harefield in Rothbury, Northumberland, sleeps seven people in four bedrooms.
Harefield consists of an open-plan living space with a gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, two sitting rooms and two TVs. The bedrooms consist of one king-size with an en-suite shower room, TV one double room and one single. There is a bathroom with a bath, basin, heated towel rail, WC and a ground-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with a patio, lawn, furniture and off-road parking for one car. Two dogs are allowed but sorry this is a no smoking property. Highchair is available on request. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2, a pub, within 0.9 miles a lake, within 0.4 miles a river. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Stairs leading up the front door of the property with a handrail. Please note: due to insurance coverage this property does not allow charging of electrical vehicles however the nearest charger is less than a 5 minute drive away at the Spar in Thropton. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP. Enjoy a trip to Northumberland at Harefield. Please note: the twin singles will replace a double bed from the 21st June 2025.

Stone houses, typical of the region, line the town’s steep main streets and there is a Post Office, a good range of shops, and a variety of eateries to take advantage of. With a golf course, public tennis courts and cycle hire close by and a variety of great houses and gardens to explore, including the National Trust site of Cragside, Alnwick Castle (home of the Duke of Northumberland), Wallington Hall and a host of famous castles, this great location has plenty to offer. Hadrian’s Wall, Kielder Reservoir and Forest, and the sandy beaches and dunes of the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are also within easy driving distance.
