CHECK-IN: 24-hour Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23 °C).



The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, so no claims will be accepted for this reason or for the closure of the pools.



PARKING: Parking lot subject to availability.
