Oct 1, 2024. Address is 207 Poplar Avenue, Lowry, Minnesota. Would like to fine a single person or couple to rent the uni with a minimum lease of 1 year. Unit has 2 bedrooms, one bath, enclosed attached large garage, and also an enclosed patio with screens and windows. Patio has a beautiful view of a large back yard with flowers and gardens. Everything is on ground level with no steps to worry about. Very easy for a person with limited mobility to get around. The building owner pays all utilities including heat, water, and garbage. Your only bill is electric plus your phone. I want a person who will sign a 6 month lease starting Oct 1, 2024 or soon after depending on repainting, etc.
The owner does all lawn mowing and major snow removal. Shared use of a laundry room with free washer and dryer is provided. Unit is located on the west side of town on Poplar. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and safe place to live this apartment is the answer. Lowry is a very nice quiet small community within easy driving distance of Alexandria or Glenwood or Starbuck. No pets or smoking. Rent is 1350 per month with a refundable security depost of 1000 dollars. No pets, no smoking. This is a very nice rental unit.

Why they chose this property
Since I am retired, I bought this property for a part time job and also as an investment.
What makes this property unique
Home is located in a very safe quiet neighborhood on the west side of Lowry. This twin home is within easy driving distance of Alexandria or Glenwood or Starbuck. This twin home was built in 2002 and is all on one level with no steps. Nice size garage and screened in porch are very nice. Also has a large yard if interested in gardening or privacy.
