Your cozy cabin retreat on Grant Lake in Holmes City with 2 bedrooms featuring 2 queen beds. This charming property has 150 ft of private lakeshore for swimming paddle boarding, boating, fishing or whatever your favorite is to do by or in the water.

The is a great location for a couples retreat or a small family coming to town for a getaway at the lake or a sports tournament. Our home is located 10 minutes west of Alexandria which give you a get away, yet easy assess to all the Alexandria area has to offer.

Our home has WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, heating, and AC for your convenience. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, you'll have all the comforts of home during your stay. Enjoy all that Grant Lake has to offer when you stay at our place.

The "Cozy Cabin" is a great place for relaxing. It is quiet and has a beautiful view of the lake. We also enjoyed the fire pit and playing games around the big yard.

This property was a hidden gem. The property host was very responsive and helpful with every step of the way .The location was beautiful and house was immaculate. Definitely recommend!

The pictures don't do justice to the home & property. We were excited to stay here but then when we arrived it was even better in person! We are already trying to decide when to return! It was a little chilly to be in the water when we were there so we are looking forward to coming back to spend an entire day in the water. It was so peaceful as well, it was just what we needed for a little get a away!

We absolutely loved our stay !!! I just wish we could give this stay more stars. From booking to checkout the hosts were fantastic, timely communication and giving us information needed. The cabin was awesome, just like the pictures !! Everything you need is provided, including the great view. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is the one. This property is one we definitely marked to book again.

Beautiful setting and very peaceful. We enjoyed the lake views from the cabin and sitting outside when possible. The kitchen is complete with good refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of dishes and silverware. They had lots of diet coffee but no regular but we did bring some ourselves. The bathroom is small but workable. The upstairs (we did not use or even view the lower rooms) bedroom has a nice bed but it does take up the entire room and something needs to be done so there is at least some space to open suitcases. There is a closet in the bedroom but it is filled with supplies. The area is beautiful and with warmer weather I'm sure a family would really enjoy the lake activities. We so appreciated excellent communication with the owners and they greeted us with a card as we were celebrating an anniversary. All in all we had a very enjoyable time at their cabin!!

We had an excellent time staying at this cabin! The cabin was comfortable, clean, well-stocked, & updated. It was also nice and quiet. We especially appreciated all of the extra towels, pillows, and blankets that were available. It was convenient that we didn’t have to bring any of our own linens or shampoo/body wash. We enjoyed using the kayaks & fire pit and appreciated the well stocked wood and the available newspaper to start the fire. We also appreciated that there’s so much space in the yard and it is overall kid friendly. The area around the cabin is also beautiful and we went on several walks and saw a lot of beautiful flora/ fauna and wildlife. We will be coming back with our families!

The Alexandria area is where we choose to raise our kids. We still reside in the area as it has a very sweet place in our hearts.

Our family enjoys time at the Lake in all four seasons which is why we choose this property. Watching the sunrise on Grant Lake from the deck and taking a quiet walk to see the sunset on Blackwell lake in our backyard after a day on the the lake is one of our favorite things!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The quiet, serene view of Grant lake is amazing and walking up to hear the birds chirps without the hustle of traffic is the much needed peace we all need.
