Located on the top floor, the open plan kitchen, dining and living area offers truly outstanding views of the Cornish coastline, views that constantly change whatever the weather. Step out onto a wraparound terrace through vast panoramic glass doors and enjoy the sea air for alfresco dining or drinks. For winter breaks the wood burner, comfy sofas and the 85-inch Smart TV with ceiling speakers, transform the house to a cosy winter haven.

On the First floor you’ll find a snug with a 60-inch TV and PS4 that’s perfect for gaming or just chilling out.

On this floor there is the master king-size bedroom with ensuite and walk in shower. There are also 2 king-size bedrooms with a shared family bathroom.

An outside balcony is accessible through sliding doors located in each bedroom. This is a great place for personal time and to soak up the sun anytime of the day!

Also on the first floor there is a utility room with washer/dryer and sink.

On the ground floor you will find the self-contained bedroom 4 with ensuite. This room has a workspace should you be able to tear yourself away from the views!

Outside areas
Large patio and balcony areas to the front and rear with ample garden furniture and ocean views. There is a mixture of table and chairs for 8 guests, hanging chair, sunbed, lounge sofas and chairs.

The house has 3 floors, ground, 1st and 2nd floor.

Quiet time is between 10.30pm to 9am.

No hen or stag stays.

We welcome 2 dogs over 12 months old. Some reminders of what to bring for your furry friend will be provided.

Seaton Beach which is 5 minutes from the house is a dog-friendly beach all year round. It's a spacious, grey sand beach known for its family-friendly atmosphere and various facilities. Dogs are welcome on the beach throughout the year, making it a great spot for dog owners to enjoy a walk and playtime.
