Located in the peaceful residential area of A Valenzá, just 2 km from the center of Ourense, this spacious apartment is perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay.



The accommodation features a balcony with views of the green landscape and neighborhood, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and a coffee maker, allowing you to prepare meals with total convenience.



The apartment offers four bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds, and another with a single bed, providing ample space for families or groups of friends. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The property also includes a washing machine, WiFi, iron, and ironing board. The bright and cozy living-dining room is the perfect space to relax, watch TV, or enjoy quality time together.



Ourense, with its charming old town and its impressive cathedral, offers a vibrant food scene with numerous bars where you can enjoy the best tapas and local wines. The Millennium Bridge and the historic Roman Bridge are must-see landmarks. The city is also famous for its thermal baths, such as the Outariz Hot Springs, a true oasis of well-being.



In the area surrounding the apartment, you will find supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants, as well as the convenience of free street parking.



For a trip outside the city, the picturesque town of Allariz is just a 15-minute drive away, offering a perfect summer retreat by the river. The Ribeira Sacra region, located about 50 km away, boasts countless hiking and cycling trails, with the breathtaking Sil Canyon as its main highlight. In Ribadavia, just a 25-minute drive away, you can experience the famous Medieval Festival, held on the last Saturday of August—an unmissable event for history and culture lovers. Additionally, we recommend a visit to the Prexigueiro Hot Springs for a truly relaxing experience.

Key collection takes place at our central office, located 400 meters from the apartment.



Parties and events are not allowed.



The parking space is suitable for standard-sized cars but not for minivans, SUVs, or larger vehicles.



As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information must be sent via email.



A security deposit will be held via credit card, and the guest will need to provide their details through a secure payment link. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
