This modern and newly furnished apartment is located just 190 meters from the nearest pebble beach, making it an ideal getaway for a relaxing vacation. The apartment features a cozy terrace with a view of the pine forest, offering privacy and a perfect spot for sunbathing on the two sun loungers. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also includes a sofa bed, making it suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and more. There's also a washing machine, adding convenience for longer stays.

Guests can enjoy free private parking for one car, and the apartment provides air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and garden furniture. The nearby town of Barbariga is home to beautiful Roman ruins and the well-known Brijuni National Park, which can be accessed by boat from Fažana. The ancient city of Pula, with its famous amphitheater and other Roman monuments, is also within easy reach.

The nearest restaurant is just 300 meters away, and a shop is only 30 meters from the apartment, making it convenient for guests to pick up essentials. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €20 per night.
