The house has two apartments that are rented out separately, of which this one is downstairs with an entrance from the large furnished balcony facing the sea. You can holiday with friends and family by booking your own apartment in the house. You share access to the jetty, the swimming pool and the rowing boat with your neighbour. In the bright, fresh hall inside the entrance there is a laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering with a large dining table to gather around where you also have a beautiful view of the sea. Patio door from the kitchen out to the large fenced wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Here you will find peace and quiet and can enjoy wonderful views of the archipelago. The open plan with beautiful tiled floors gives a feeling of coziness and luxury. The wood-burning stove, which is located in the large hall in the middle of the apartment, is a cozy factor and spreads lovely warmth. The bedroom with a double bed is beautifully decorated in calm and light colors. The living room on the second floor is in one part furnished with a sofa bed for two people and Apple TV that can be used with your own subscription. In the other part with a step down and large windows facing the sea provides unbeatable recovery on the sofa. The spacious bathroom with toilet, sink and glass shower wall. Ronneby, which is known as a health resort, has many beautiful turn-of-the-century houses in the surroundings from that time. In Ronneby Brunnspark there is a summer open water and play land with a water slide that is popular with both adults and children. From the center, boat traffic goes through the Ronneby River out into the archipelago during the summer months and a short walk from the house, the boat traffic takes you over to beautiful Karön for a picnic in the lush nature of the island.
